Will an Ecodot.com Wind Turbine save me money?
The Ecodot.com Wind Turbine typically lowers your electricity bill by 20 to 30 percent. It is not uncommon for Ecodot.com Wind Turbine owners in Europe with total-electric homes to have monthly utility bills of only $8 to $15. The amount of money a small Ecodot.com Wind Turbine saves you in the long run will depend upon the amount of electricity you use, the average wind speed at your site, and other factors.
Will it help the environment if I install a Power-Save Wind Turbine at my home?
Yes. Wind turbines produce no pollution and by using wind power you will be offsetting pollution that would have been generated by your utility company. Over its life, an Ecodot.com Wind Turbine can offset approximately 1.2 tons of air pollutants and 200 tons of greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide and other gases which cause climate change).
Do Ecodot.com Wind Turbines make noise or interfere with TV reception?
Ecodot.com Wind Turbines make very little noise; less than the average washing machine. Wind turbines do not interfere with TV reception.
Will my utility allow me to hook up a wind generator?
YES! Federal regulations (specifically, the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978, or PURPA) require utilities to connect with and purchase power from small (less than 80 MW) wind energy systems.
Will I have to change any of the wiring in my house?
No. An Ecodot.com Wind Turbine is easily retrofitted to virtually any home without the need to change any wiring or appliances. In most cases, the utility will install a second utility meter to measure how much surplus electricity it is purchasing from the turbine owner.

How reliable are Power-Save Wind Turbines? Will I have to perform much maintenance?
The Ecodot.com Wind Turbine has very few moving parts and does not require any regular maintenance.
What
is the Return Policy?
If you are not fully satisfied within
14 days of the delivery date, email our customer service representative
at info@ecodot.com and they will assign to you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which
allows us to keep track of the return.
NOTE: We will not accept returned packages if a RAN has not been assigned
to the order. If you return a package with out having been assigned a RAN the
package will be denied and returned to you and all associated costs will be your
responsibility.
The returned product must be in NEW, UNOPENED and UNUSED condition, in the ORIGINAL
BOX UNDAMAGED with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full
credit. "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not
washed, not damaged, not opened. We cannot accept returns for an item with any
indications that it has been opened or used.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be returned within 2
weeks (14 days) after receiving the item. If you have any questions about the
restocking fee as it pertains to your order please call us before we ship the
product as once it leaves the warehouse we have incurred our cost.

Note: Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Please allow us 10-14 days once we have received your return to process and credit
your credit card.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will replace
the broken or damaged parts not the whole system and ship out a new item in accordance
with the shipping company's policies and the manufacturer's return policies.
Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please
note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.
Credit and Return Time
Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 10 business
days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. Within
72 hours of receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail
that reflects that your credit card has been credited, or that a refund check
has been issued, less restocking fee and shipping and handling.
All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only less restock
fee if applicable and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase,
or a refund check issued to purchaser.
Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 207-450-8394
within two hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.
Don't worry! Even after the two hours, our friendly customer service will do
all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there
is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time
Ecodot.com, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing changes
with manufacturers, pricing errors, ommissions, mistakes, or for any other reason.
While we make every effort to satisfy every customer and fill every order, occasionally
we make a mistake on our website regarding pricing, instock status of a product,
or description. In these instances customer service will notify you of the mistake
and ask if you would like to cancel the order or proceed with the correct pricing
or information.

We will never sell any customer's information to any third party. This is our
pledge to you, our customer. Any information gathered on this site will be used
only by Ecodot.com, INc. or its distributors. Immediately after your order is processed;
your credit card information is automatically deleted from our database. Your
privacy is our first and main concern. We understand that you want to be able
to purchase our products online and not have to give away your personal information
to do so.
