While the majority of apparel is made in third-world countries, we're happy to offer Made in USA
 recycled tops for men and women.
They contain at least 65% recycled predyed fabric and as much as 100% recycled content
 
(65% recycled cotton/35% recycled soda bottle fiber. )
Please note: Made in USA Certified Recycled Apparel costs a bit more than imports.
The saving and benefits are in the long-term: reduced greenhouse gases, smaller carbon footprint,
 conservation of materials and energy, and of course,
 strengthening the U.S. green economy and green-collar jobs.

            And last but not least, our economy recycled t-shirt. It boasts 69% recycled content from postindustrial
            (or preconsumer) manufacturing scrap (from making apparel, upholstery and yarn) and blended with
            acrylic and other fibers--identical to the shirts at the top of this page, just a little less recycled content
            and not made in USA. And it's reflected in the price...Sizes are adult xsmall to xxxxl!

  • The use of 1 ton of recycled cotton yarn presents important environmental advantages over the use of conventional cotton yarn production:
  •     Savings of 4,817.6 liters of water
  •    Savings of 16.5 kgs. of chemicals
  •     Reduction of 233.8 kgs. of CO2 emissions
  •    Reduction of 3574.4 liters of contaminated water
  •    Savings of 512.5 ks/h of electricity
  •     Recycle fabrics which would otherwise become landfill waster or be incinerated
  •     1901.1 square meter of land used in cotton cultivation can be used in food production
  • Using polyester recycled from PET (postconsumer soda and water bottles) reduces the amount of plastics being incinerated, further reducing the emission of CO2 into the atmosphere and reduces landfill usage.
