Please read all terms and conditions carefully. You acknowledge by
using this site that you accept these terms and conditions. Also, by
placing an order, you indicate that you accept these terms and
conditions. Ecodot.com reserves the right to make changes to this site
and to these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
Price Quotes
You can call or request a quote online; in either case, please try to
provide us with as much of the following information as possible so we
may give you a prompter, more accurate price quote:
* quantity of items
* type of item (t-shirt, sweatshirt, mug, pen, etc...)
* color of the item
* color(s) of imprint
* placement of imprint
* due date
APPAREL:
* sizes per style/gender
* number of colors on the front of the shirt
* number of colors on the back of the shirt
* due date
Please remember, if you don't see it on our site, but it can be made of
recycled materials, ask us! We have the resources to help make our
green idea a reality!
Production/Shipping Information:
Custom imprinted orders for recycled products is typically 3-21 working
days (Monday-Friday). Production time is based on receipt of completed
e-mailed or faxed order and receipt of your final approval of the
artwork or design.
Please specify an in-hands date when time is essential; RUSH service is
available for delivery in as little as 1-2 days for some products. We
will do whatever it takes to ensure timely delivery of your garments.

Production time does not include the shipping transit time.
Please let us know if you are trying to meet a deadline/event date. NOTE: UPS and FedEx
cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Ecodot.com is not responsible for errors in
transit.
International Shipping:
Ecodot.com will ship anywhere.
fees
associated with importing products into Canada will apply to each
shipment and will be calculated based on the declared value of your
item(s) Please be aware that if you're ordering multiple products they
may be shipped separately because they are processed at different
warehouses. The buyer/customer is fully responsible for paying all fees
including any customs, duties, import taxes, etc. imposed by the
country involved. The fees can be calculated by UPS and/or the
brokerage firm representing you.
Brokerage Fees : If you are an international customer, you are
responsible for brokerage, import, customs fees and tariffs for goods
entering your country. These fees may be substantial even at their
lowest cost.
Shipping:
We ship all orders F.O.B., unless you provide us with an account
number. We reserve the right to choose the carrier based on
which one is best or most economical. If you fail to provide us with a
complete and accurate shipping address, that may delay your shipment.
Methods of Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American
Express cards;
Paypal; checks (cashier's check, company check, personal check or money
order). We will charge your credit card when the order is
received, including shipping charges if that amount is known at the
time. We accept Purchase Orders based on Net 30 terms from
all
Government, Federal and County agencies as well as select universities,
colleges and public schools. (The part we all hate to think about: If
your check is returned due to insufficient funds, closed account, etc.,
you will need to submit payment immediately by certified bank check
covering the original amount plus an additional $30.00 returned check
fee. If your account is sent to a collection agency you're responsible
for any and all legal fees plus the money originally owed. )
For All Checks:
This may take an additional 5-10 business days for processing,
regardless of the type of check used. Checks issued outside of US may
require longer processing time.

Artwork & Design Submission Information
Please send custom logos or art to us formatted as "camera-ready"
black-and-white art along with your order to art@ecodot.com. We will
scale all artwork as attractively as possible to available imprint
areas unless you request specific sizes.
Our art staff would be happy create artwork based on your ideas or
sketches (we will quote upon receipt and examination.) You can also
submit your own designs for us to adapt.
Files supported: For the PC, we can process only Adobe Illustrator (.AI
or .EPS formatted files. For Mac, please compress the files with
StuffIt before you send them to us. Adobe Illustrator.
All text must be converted to outlines to prevent the need for us to
have your exact font. Images of photos or drawings placed into and AI
file may not be useable.
Placement of Logo and Imprint and Online Photography:
We recommend that you email us the logo in advance of your order to be sure it will fit correctly on the product
IMPORTANT NOTE: Your logo and/or any additional text line(s) may
NOT look precisely or be placed on the same area as the items we show
on our website. Every imprint and logo is unique and will be
handled differently on every order. The pictures of items you see
on our website may not be a 100% match to the color you actually
receive. The photographs are the true exhibit of our products,
however the colors may appear different due to some factors as
lighting, monitor’s resolution and computerized digital image
processing, etc. We cannot be held responsible if the color
does not match what was shown online 100%.
Common Mistakes and Misperceptions About Website Artwork
JPG'S and GIF'S are the 2 main types of webpage image formats. On a
computer monitor these images appear crisp and clean, however, when
they are enlarged for printing the end result is an inferior, bumpy and
pixelated image. Our art staff can use these images as reference for
re-drawing. Art charges may apply for time spent re-drawing these
images based on the complexity of the final artwork.
Final Artwork Approval
When you have placed your order with us, we will provide you with an e-mailed
artwork proof for your approval. We’ll work with you to make sure
we get it just right! Production will start with your final approval of
art.
E-mail/paper proof, Production Proof/Spec Sample:
If you want an e-mail/paper proof you must request for one at the
time you place the order. Sorry, but we will not be held responsible for late
delivery of your order(s) if we do not receive a timely approval after you receive the e-mail/paper or production
proof.
SETUP FEES FOR LOGOS/ IMAGES.
Most products will have a screen printing or other set up fee. This is the fee to build a screen to screen print
your item, or make a plate, die, etc. Each product page identifies this fee.
Return Policy:
We will offer a refund on any item that is not imprinted as requested
on the original order or as shown on the approved proof. Sorry, but we cannot accept a return on an item because you
don't like the colors, imprint layout or style you selected or if the
imprint was not correct due to a typographical error on your part. We
will however make a speedy replacement if we caused any typo or did not
produce what you specified. Products that are defective or broken on our part will only be
authorized for even exchanges of original orders. No merchandise will be accepted without a Return
Authorization Number from Ecodot.com. Authorized returns must be made
within 15 days from the time the order was received. Merchandise must
be returned in original packaging. CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RESPONSIBLE FOR
SHIPPING THE PRODUCT BACK AND ALL COST INVOLVED. Please ship using a
carrier that provides you with a tracking number and proof of delivery.
We recommend UPS or FedEx. Ecodot.com is not be responsible for items
lost by the carrier. Shipping and restocking fees are due for returned
orders.
RETURN POLICY FOR NON-PERSONALIZED NON-CUSTOMIZED ORDERS ONLY: Orders
can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the item has not been used
or damaged. Purchase price will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.
Item must be returned undamaged so please repackage carefully and
insure for entire purchase price. Rush charges are not refundable.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Refund will be issued
upon receipt of undamaged item(s). *Absolutely no refunds on
customized, special and personalized items*.
Over/Under-runs:
Ecodot.com reserves the right to ship 5% over or under the billable
quantities due to quality control and industry standards for all
imprinted items, with the exception of shirts.
